in memory

i have never liked memorials. yes, it is a session for those in grief to express themselves and share their feelings with one another. yes, it is a session for people to share their fond memories of their loved one. and it is also then did you realize that you dont actually know all aspects of that person's life. it makes you miss him or her even more. it makes you wish you have had more time to spend with him or her. after the entire event, emptiness starts to set in and you're back to the cold harsh reality.

it has nothing to do with the memorial of mj. i am just referring to memorials in general, if you know what i mean.

nonetheless, rest in peace, mj. the world appreciates all your contributions to the pop music world.

Excerpt from Will You Be There - Michael Jackson

"In our darkest hour

In my deepest despair

Will you still care?

Will you be there?

In my trials and my tripulations

Through our doubts and frustrations

In my violence in my turbulence

Through my fear and my confessions

In my anguish and my pain

Through my joy and my sorrow

In the promise of another tomorrow

I'll never let you part

For you're always in my heart"

with a heavy heart,
